• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders within Canada?

  Yes! Were based in and ship from Canada.

• Why are prices showing up in USD? I'm in Canada / Earth / The Universe!

  Storenvy currently only supports USD. But don't worry, fellow Canadians! All products are priced in CAD, despite showing up as the converted USD value. For example, if you see a product priced at 15.50 USD, that was originally priced at 20.00 CAD.

• Do you accept orders outside of Canada?

  Yes, we ship to all Canada, US & UK locations. Cost of shipping may be higher outside of Canada. Shipping times may vary (see below). Shipping times cannot be guaranteed - check with your local postal service for estimates on orders shipped from Canada.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Products will be shipped within 5-7 business days; orders within Canada and the US should arrive within 2-10 business days, but this may vary depending on your local postal service. International orders may take longer!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes, we are based in Canada. See above for International Shipping.
